- Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during production, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to complete their work.
• A key/lead VFX lighting artist in production needs a strong understanding of light, color, mood, and composition, plus high-level skills in 3D packages and renderers to build master light rigs and key shots that define the visual look of a sequence. This role also requires solid pipeline knowledge to manage heavy scenes, handle AOVs, and integrate assets, animation, and FX cleanly into the comp while maintaining realism and consistency. On top of that, a key lighter must lead creatively: setting benchmarks, reviewing other artists' work, giving feedback, mentoring juniors, and working closely withsupervisors, compositors, and production to keep quality high and the show on schedule
