• Assist with ICU care to post op- appendectomy, hernioplasty, hemicolectomy patients, maintaining meticulous records of patients and following up of performed work.

UROLOGY

• Assisted in evaluation and management of common urological diseases (Urolithiasis, Urinary tract infections, Benign prostatic hyperplasia, Urinary retention, Cystitis etc.)
• Assisted with care in ICU to acute urinary retention, septic shock, post-ureteral stenting and post-TURP patients, maintained meticulous records of patients and following up of performed work.

• Assist with ICU care on regular basis to approximately 20 patients to post op-craniotomy with evacuation, clipping and coiling, and paralyzed patients (Monitoring ventilatory parameters, Chest physiotherapy, Preventing catheter-related and ventilator-associated infections and pressure sores, Physiotherapy, Encouraging intensive spirometry).
• Assist with procedures of central line placement,bladder catheterizations and nasogastric tube insertions.

NEPHROLOGY

• Assisted in evaluation and management of various nephrological diseases ( Nephritic syndrome, Nephrotic syndrome, Acute renal failure, Chronic kidney disease, Polycystic kidney disease,IgA nephropathy, Kidney stone disease, Obstructive uropathy, Renal tubular defects, Rapidly progressive renal failure, End-stage renal disease).
• Assisted with care in Hemodialysis unit to approximately 10 patients on regular basis ( monitoring vital signs, documenting and reporting notable findings and side effects during process to physicians and following-up).
• Assisted with care in Kidney transplant unit (monitoring vital signs, hourly measurement of IV fluid intake and urine output, following-up of lab work-up periodically).

• Closely observed emergency assessments d of injured, intoxicated and snake bites, hypertensive emergencies, acute pain abdomen, and acute exacerbation of heart failure.
• Actively participated in presenting case histories and discussions held by physicians for deeper understanding.

• Closely observed emergency assessments of care of burns, poisoning cases, hypoglycemia, and acute exacerbation of severe asthma
