- Presently working as Dy. General Manager/Head – Communication Systems & Automatic Fare Collection System (Maintenance division) in Keolis Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System Ltd., (O & M Contractor) for Hyderabad Metro Rail project from Nov'2015 to till date.
- Leading a team of 104 members (02 Associate Managers, 12 Team Leaders, 5 System Analysts and 80 Maintainers) as a Senior Manager/Head of Communications & Automatic Fare Collection department responsible for department KPIs and Systems availability. Identifying the training needs of the team and arranging. Resource management, Vendor Management, Client management and updating the status to CXOs and Top management.
- Team recruitment and providing guidelines for the team. Preparation of SOPs.
- Reviewing the documents submitted by vendors like Design Documents, Maintenance Manuals, Master Maintenance Schedules, Defect Liability Period Plans, RAMS Demonstration plan (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety).
- Participating in Testing & Commissioning activities and taking over of the systems from the vendor after completing all necessary Testing and Commissioning formalities.
- Installation of additional equipment and relocation of existing equipment at minimal cost. Preparation of RFPs and BOQs.
