As an Associate Executive in the Engineering Department at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), I am responsible for a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of LPG systems. My primary responsibilities include:

• Operation and Maintenance**: Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of LPG systems, including conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs to maintain optimal performance.
• Project Management**: Overseeing and managing engineering projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Safety Compliance**: Ensuring all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations and standards. This includes conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Technical Support**: Providing technical support and guidance to the engineering team and other departments as needed. This involves problem-solving, offering expert advice, and assisting with technical challenges.
• Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all engineering activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and project documentation. Preparing detailed reports for management review.
• SAP SD Management**: Utilizing SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module to manage sales and distribution processes. This includes configuring and maintaining the module, managing customer orders, pricing, billing, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Tendering and Vendor Management**: Handling the entire tendering process, from preparing tender documents to evaluating bids and selecting vendors. Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Payment Processing through SAP**: Managing payment processes through SAP by handling Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR). This involves creating and approving POs and PRs, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining compliance with financial and procurement policies.
• Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in engineering operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful project execution and compliance with industry standards.

• Deputed as Service engineer in IOCL BP(CHERLAPALLY)
• Effective supervision of Any kind of Maintenance & Flexspeed Carousal Related bottling operations.
• Ensuring Vision Reader auto performance checks are carried out. Like Cap Cylinder rejection, Segregation of ST/ DPT, No Tare read Cylinder Rejection Percentage, Mismatch, Inside & Outside tunnel Shine etc.,
• Ensuring filling Machine Performance, checks are carried out.
• Carrying out carousal performance checks as per norms.
• Monitoring performance of bottling equipment’s viz. Flex speed Carousal, Process Module GD, PT, Check Scale, Adjustment Scale, Standalone (GD, PT), Drive Units, VFD Panel etc.,
• coordinating with Team Leader for production/Bottling planning.
• Daily/weekly checking of all equipment’s in under ME Control.
• Maintaining all quality assurance equipment’s such as Vision Reader, Carousal, Check Scale, PM (GD, PT), Weight check scale, ICU.
• Maintaining Production Logbook, Calibration record, Download RCC Report in Data Base system on Shift Basis &etc.,
• Effective utilization of available manpower, Spare consumables & etc.
• Ensuring Zero Complaints (UW / OW / O-Ring leak / Valve Leak / Safety related issues etc.) from Our Customer

• Deputed as Graduate engineer in BPCL BP(CHERLAPALLY)
• Responsible for all LPG operations like filling of LPG cylinders, Tank lorry decantation, tank Wagon decantation and evacuation process.
• Production planning as per the requirement.
• Planning and execution of the preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Monitoring the safety trip settings of all the equipment likes pumps, compressors and storage vessels.
• Monitoring the performance of various equipment like carousel, GD, PT, hot air sealing unit, valve change unit and purging unit.
• Carrying out Hydro testing of all LPG hoses once in three month.
• Water draining of LPG storage vessel before starting of bottling.
• Vessel lineup for filling and decantation.
• Monitoring the filling accuracy to avoid under filling and over filling.
• Training of workforce about SOP, safety, quality and how to act in an emergency situation.
• Monitoring the cylinder inventory and segregation of hot repair, cold repair, spurious and OMC cylinders.
• Monitoring the in house hydro testing of DPT cylinders.
• Carry out the inspection of new, hydrotested, and hot repaired cylinders.
• Reporting to the Territory coordinator and discuss about the day to day activities.
