Plastic Molding Tool Rework Analysis,

• Practicale skill on tool rework and corrections such as laser welding, sparking , darling , grinding , wire cutting and electrodes manufacturing.
• Compare tool shrinkage factor during rework related to part dimensions.
• Knowledge on all type of CNC machines in injection molding tool making.
• 3D and 2D design evaluation during electrodes manufacturing or at the time of tool rework.

Injection Molding Process Expert,

• Monitoring the process parameter sheets at everyday and ensure the parts are free from molding defects.
• Prepare initial tool validation records such as process study (Cmk,Ckp).
• Prepare W-IMMS reports for each new tool when it comes to release for production.
• Ensure the trouble shoots and resolve immediately for the molding defects such burn marks , weld line , short fill , shrinkages , warpage , flashes by adjusting the process parameter.
• Practical knowledge on machine setting parameter control like.. Injection speed-pressure-time and holding parameters an cycle time monitoring.
• Performed in MSIL MOLD MAINTENACE MANUL IMPLEMENTATION activity and implemented successfully.

Daily Measurement Activities,

• Doing set up approval and patrol inspection in the injection molding section.
• Ensure doing visual inspection of all molding components.
• Ensure and monitoring the Poke yoke in all stations.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain calibration records for all the measuring instruments.
• Monitoring the 4M change points.

Measuring Instruments Used,

• All type of manual profile projectors
• Digital vernier caliper, Micro meters , Digital Height gauges, UTM Machines.
• Used and well experience on VMM - Video measuring system.
