· 3 project handled up to phase 1:

a) Data science project - Understanding the client requirement and supporting the modeling projects following CRISPDM methodology, Handling development team on developing models for predicting better contact-ability of customers , Best time to sell, channel of contact for cross sell & up sell products.

b) BI Reporting project (SAS platform) - Handling Client requirements / Report updates from multiple host systems, Client support by preparing scope requirement document, implementation of BI reports, UAT delivery and transitioning into production.

c) BI Reporting project (Tableau platform) - Handling Client requirements in preparation of GUI tool for users, streamlining data dictionary, tableau BI reports for various domains – UW, Operations, Customer support. New Business role out plan. All these are tracked using JIRA, with Job start dates, end dates and report request formats etc.

· Worked on the sales support project for Oracle cloud products – Design and development of SRS doc including process flow of Sales support module

· The module included pricing, quotations tools management, order management, technical support, Deal closures, bugs

· Phased UAT done for the each module followed with Hyper care phase

· New Change requests added in the scrum for developing escalation module in email and chat platforms with user defined KPI

· Reporting module development with user specific UI and regressive testing done and sign off from the QA team

· Pilot process initiation to improve and automate, resulting in improved KPI, productivity and quality.

· Built in support controls for product support function for the sales team by usage of green six sigma lean methodology tools such as AHT (Average Handling time), FMEA (Failure Mode Error Analysis) etc.

· Ensuring the quality check for the response of the above complaints which are reviewed and feedback provided to the team

· Handled the internal client support team of Accounts Receivable Project. This included supporting escrow offices (Client) in Cash application, Order management processes.

· Transitioned new process module by visiting the client place and implementing and training the staff in India team as per the set KPI, SLA

· Worked on the Continuous Improvement team for handling Risk concerns and usage of Lean methodology for improving the processes in regards quality and productivity

· Executing new module which involves gathering parameter requirements inputs for new interface design, Creation of SOP, project specifications and user acceptance testing as per production requirements

· Handled the quality matrix and controls for Cash application process of accounts receivable - billing, reconciliation, contract creation etc.

· Creating quality process within the project and follow the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for defects and project improvements

· Worked in the UW project implementing the workflow tool for policy file movement as per threshold underwriting limits, approval limits and exception activities; thereby resulting in seamless movement of policy files for issuance of policy post decision by underwriters

· Handled project on rules engine for Low Sum assured automated decision as per UW norms

· Handled de duplication project for data cleaning the existing client base

· Coordinated with the branches and other verticals of BSLI - claims, new business, sales department and ensured underwriting for the completions of policies within the TAT

· Worked on the insurance policy process of contract creation, cancellation as per the TAT or insufficient funds and created productivity analysis on policy decision, sum at risk and evaluated team productivity for the sales staff

· Assisted in managing the underwriting support functions of cancellation of policy, data analysis (MIS) for underwriting cell on parameters of sum assured, premium, medicals and financial documents
