As a Sr. Technical Project manager, my responsibilities are:

· Functional and Technical design of xCarrier and iShipDG.

· Provide leadership and direction to the resources in the team during incidents to achieve the earliest possible resolution.

· Preparing the schedule, cost, resource management, and release plans.

· Attend daily calls with business SMEs and weekly calls with different SMEs to give the report and discuss further action on ongoing incidents.

The Automated Commercial System (ACS) is the system used by the U.S. Customs Service to track, control and process all commercial goods imported into the United States. ACS facilitates merchandise processing, significantly cuts costs and reduces paperwork requirements for both Customs and the trade community.

The Automated Broker Interface (ABI) is an integral part of ACS that permits qualified participants to file import data electronically with Customs. ABI is a voluntary program available to brokers, importers, carriers, port authorities and independent service centers. Currently, over 96% of all entries filed through ABI. ABI expedites the release of merchandise for the trade community. Entry summaries are electronically “Transmitted, Validated, Confirmed, Corrected and Paid”. Administrative messages keep participants informed of all current information and issues.

This eSupply contains three modules e Trans, e Log and e Accounts.

e-Trans meet all the information requirements of freight service providers in moving their customers' shipments across various geographical locations. It is a complete B2B enterprise application and handles all operational, customer relations, financial, marketing and sales information needs of Air, Ocean and Trucking. This 4S-etrans intern having three sub modules named as e-Trans Tracking, e-Trans-Sea, e-Trans Air for giving solution for the Freight forwarding companies to solve their needs on web respectively for Trucking, Sea, Air mode fright operators.

eLog tracks goods in real-time as they are ordered, received, stored, shipped, and delivered. It empowers you and your customer to make informed decisions that maximize customer service, inventory accuracy and worker productivity through advanced warehouse management methods.

e-Accounts - Both eTrans and eLog modules are integrated with eAccounts module for capturing the cost and revenue for the different activities defined in both the modules. EAccounts provides comprehensive list of features like Setting up of company books, creation of Transaction Types, groups and ledgers, generation of transactions, Debit and Credit notes, Invoice allocation. Its also having a list of Financial reports like Balance Report, Profit and Loss report, Trial Balance report and accounting reports like Bill wise outstanding reports, Ageing analysis reports, MIS reports, Exceptional Reports and Settlement Report for capturing the profit share between freight forwarders.
