• Connecting with Supply chain planner to create the new DU code(New innovation & Restage)
• Correcting Description based on 7 modules
• Cross checking the Dimensional details (CU net content, CU per DU, IPK per DU) FDTC & DU status changes
• Extending new plant code for existing DU
• Maintaining the GTIN(UCC14), Consumer unit code & Case unit details
• Maintaining Material Determination, Listing and exclusion for FERT goods
• Tracking DSP report and correcting master to get high accuracy level
• Sales org., plant maintenance & updating material level attributes
• Adding Pallet & IPK details
• Publishing CAS files
• Doing CAS revision activities as per business & planner requirement

Team: Master data management- Global Data Synchronization Network(GDSN)

Environment: SAP ECC, Citrix, Informatica MDM, 1Worldsync and GS1

Responsibility: Analysing GTIN, cross verifying the data and troubleshooting the error

• Connecting with multiple upstream teams to resolving issue. Post trouble shooting publishing GTIN to respective trading partners from Informatica tool
• Reviewing GTIN in 1Worldsync and push those GTIN to GS1 tool
• Developed high-quality documentation to support training efforts, helping employees fully understand new systems and procedures.
• Performed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Developed customized reports, summarizing and presenting data in visually appealing format.
• Developed and implemented data governance policies and procedures.

Responsibility:

• Lower level material code creation, extension and changes Connecting with PLM and R&D team to create the RPMSFG material codes in GMMD
• Extension and Modification of codes to specific locations (Plants) as per category
• Maintaining Standard price details as per norm
• Releasing Standard price as per Rules book
• Using NetWeaver portal to create Non-Planning items (NPI codes)
• Maintaining & Changing the Material Plant level attributes for all Lower level & NPI items (Unilever – India, Sri Lanka & Nepal countries) Preparing business related & QC related report to maintain the accuracy on weekly basis

Role 2:

Client : Unilever-India(HUL), Sri Lanka (USL) and Nepal(NPL) Team: Supply Chain Management - Central Material Requirement Planning (CMRP)

Environment: SAP ECC, APO, Solman and SNC

Responsibility:

• Creating/linking the FSI(Factory, supplier & Item) master in ECC(Non-capacity items) and APO(Capacity items)
• Purchase Info record maintenance Providing production support, user training and problem resolution in MRP area
• Managing customer Master Data, that includes product, Location, Resource, Production Process Model, Transportation Lane and Quota
• Maintaining Quota master for NPI items
• Cross verify the Transits Lead time & Production lead time as per the rule book
• Cross checking the Demand , stock & PDT details for PR to PO concept
• Preparing MRP analysis report for USL clients in weekly basic(it’s used for forecasting future 16 weeks demands)
• Preparing Monthly, Weekly & Daily report for client’s verification with SLA
• Preparing stock forecasting report for South Asian Region
• Moving the data from ECC to SNC based on PR & PO through ciffing on daily basis
• Using one view, Citrix and GRC portal to uploading file for client’s verification.
