  • Setup and Scaled my startup, PakkaProfile where we gamified assessments for both blue and white collar. We used games to help reduce the noise at the top of the funnel by helping companies find the best fit in terms of cognitive ability, language skills and personality traits. Successfully raised two VC rounds of funding for the same and ran a cash flow positive business. In my past avatar as an Intrapreneur, I have a history of building teams and businesses in my previous organisations and have been very successful at it.
  • Most Recently at LinkedIn handled and excelled in B2B Sales both field and Inside sales. Have equal passion for New Business Acquisition as well managing existing accounts. Handled the largest sales team at LinkedIn India. Most consistent performer with 3 back to back President's Club awards and was also conferred LinkedIn Person of year award for my overall contribution to the workplace!
  • Ran operations successfully in a GM role, where I was was in charge of PnL, for a startup immediately after my MBA. Had a team of 50 people including sales and operations and managed to have a positive bottom line in the very first year. The nature of sales was B2B2C.

  • Multi-Linguist - Have a flair for languages. Pretty fluent with south Indian languages and also had invested a year to learn German in Goethe Institute.
  • Sportsman - Very passionate about sports and fitness. While I play more than 7 sports, I represent my club in badminton and squash. Also participate in a lot of runs and also have run several campaigns and initiatives to promote wellness.
