  • Responsible for leading pursuit teams, managing large, complex bids with an average value in the NA and Europe region above $10 million.
  • As a strategic and global bid manager, I am directing and accountable for program managing the end-to-end IT outsourcing (RFI/RFP/BAFO) bid process from kick off meetings to BAFO rounds and orals, along with the onshore and offshore sales/account team, consulting team, presales team, and delivery organization, starting from the early stage of deal shaping to the handover from the sales to the delivery team across regions and sectors (health and insurance, utility and energy, manufacturing, retail, public services, maritime) based on global clients in cybersecurity offerings like threat detection and response, IDAM, cloud security, infra security, vulnerability management, and OT security.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal, to develop comprehensive and competitive submissions for legal documents like (MSA, SOW) and technical solution documents (Transition Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, Strategy Implementation).
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand the customer base, their IT landscape, and support Infosys’s overall business and strategic objectives.
  • Build a robust win strategy, and strategize win themes with the support of the sales/account team, ensuring visibility and communication on strategic opportunities to the internal leadership team. Work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects to come up with a Solution Blueprint, followed by superior Solution in alignment to client requirements, which meet its IT operational goals and business objectives.
  • Build a database to track all possible submissions for different clients in different regions by other members of the team, to help with upcoming submissions for preparing solutions.
