Monitoring of 100% system entries complied vs Actual-Physical receipts within stipulated timeline
All types of Inventories related transaction entries in SAP and (GSI)ERP System
Cross check complete stock accuracy at SAP MM & SAP WM level and Support ground level staff for accurate SAP WM related transaction
Ensure for strictly follow Kanban & Two BIN process in GSI Work flow and monitoring over actual consumption process
Monitoring of Cycle count and Inventory reconciliation
Reconciliation of different types of reports like RG1 report for excise capture through SAP
Physical verification and reconciliation of inventory based on approved system like ABC based classification of inventories
Maintain Minimum stock based on production target to meet future requirement
KPI & MIS management, Audit Preparation & Daily report updates
Participate and implement 5S and kaizen activities related to warehouse.
