2. FORMULATIONS OF ENZALUTAMIDE AND THEIR USE FOR TREATING HYPERPROLIFERATIVE DISORDERS
Abstract:
The current application also relates to amorphous solid Enzalutamide dispersions with carriers that meet pharmaceutical standards. The current application also relates to a method for creating Enzalutamides Form R1 dosage form. The procedure involves giving the subject the herein disclosed chemical. There are also techniques for preventing a cells two or more heat shock protein chaperones from interacting with one another. The methodologies and coumarin derivative chemicals presented here are helpful for treating hyperproliferative disorders. In 10 particular, the system teaches pharmaceutical compositions for topical administration that are particularly effective in treating and in the maintenance therapy of psoriasis and other related dermal disorders and diseases. These compositions primarily consist of a vitamin D metabolite, calcipotriol, and nicotinamide.
