Training and Development:

  • Interacting with HOD's for their recommendations well in advance.
  • Prepare and issue the confirmation/extension/ promotion/termination letters as recommended.
  • Reward for Performance – Incentives, Increments and promotions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Mailing Compensatory off / Loss of Pay/ Salary Revision/ Bonus details to Finance Team.
  • Mailing the Full & Final Settlement of Exit Employees to Finance Team.
