• As part of this project, worked on de-commissioning the DCM system as an intermediate, and adding additional scripts to directly to go to our target - Functional Marts.
• Experienced in developing Automation scripts using Python.
• Handled scripting tasks for debugging and automation using Python.
• Worked on data handling - data extraction, data cleaning, data sorting and loading.
• Handled client calls and maintained strong business
  communication with clients.

Project: Contact Center Modernization

Role: Python Developer, Lead Developer

• As part of this project - Worked with Python Scripts, Genesys Cloud, APIs (Synchronous and Asynchronous)
• Worked on Decommissioning the legacy system - Using HiPath and OpenScape
• Created a new system using Python, Genesys Cloud APIs - Researching, Designing the Database/Data Model, Implementing the Design and Code.
• Worked with Multiple Synchronous and Asynchronous APIs for Data Extraction.
• Proposed technical feasibility solutions for new system designs and suggested options for performance improvement of technical component. These new system designs and enhancement changes reduced the turnaround time of the Control-M jobs by around 45%.
• Documented system configuration, mapping and processes.
• Conducted Knowledge Transfer Sessions/Demonstration for Support Teams.
