Monitoring supply flow of over 200-line items from 16 suppliers over PAN India to prevent vehicle loss for truck production.

• Responsible for supply & planning of export orders pertaining to Germany (DAG), Brazil (MBB) & Japan (MFTBC).
• Responsible for Inventory, maintaining fill rate for specific product category through periodic re-alignment of safety stock.
• Crafted framework which resulted in less turn around time & zero invoice matching errors.
• Analyzing requirements of parts which comprises of collection plan from vendor, pallet loop quantity & shipping decripancies.
• Implemented E-KANBAN - To maintain stocks for unique parts (Euro-III,Euro-IV & Euro V) as per production plan to avoid line stoppage.
• BOM Correction - Reduced the stock mismatches by 20% by correcting BOM (EBOM & MBOM) & stock consumption errors.

• Involved in design optimization of drum housing for leading passenger car manufacture in India.
• Developed prototypes for various agro equipment OEM's.
