• Supervising and arranging preparations for fertilizer, irrigation and paddock operation. Assisting landholders by regularly communicating fruitful production of crops.
• Suggesting the framers, the method of farming to produce good and more harvest.
• Assisting the farmers about fertilizer and chemical inputs in accordance with regulatory requirements local, national and international.
• Monitoring crop for weeds, pests, diseases, moisture and growth regularly to ensure timeliness of any recommended controls.
• Farm maintenance-purchasing breeding materials and other farm related activities.
• Maintaining written copies of fertilizer and chemical recommendations for each crop.
• Maintenance of Agronomy.
• Sowings and transplanting’s.
• Handling of crossing blocks.
• Working proactively and effectively with Team members to access land, equipment, and all other items needed for a field-testing program coordinate trial design, trial content, and trial fulfilment.
• Plant, maintain, and harvest trials with focus on field crops. Which includes routine site/farm maintenance activities such as tillage, soil sampling, fertilizer applications, planting plots, applying/implementing treatments, collecting observations and in-season data, and maintaining the plots throughout the growing season.
