Learning Scaling & Solutions- The team is actively involved in working towards enhancing Manager Capabilities and Enterprise Capabilities

programs. Our focus includes establishing cohorts in different locations and developing programs aimed at the growth and skills development of managers and employees.

Project 2:

Knowledge Management- The Knowledge Management team is engaged in global-level knowledge management initiatives. We are actively

involved in establishing Viva topics with Microsoft and closely collaborating with Gen AI to develop internal user-facing Copilots, such as Chat GPT, for Wells Fargo. Additionally, we are forming sensemaking groups to facilitate the sharing of achievements and insights.

Project 3:

Targeted Skilling and Upskilling learning community- The team is dedicated to addressing business development needs by identifying the required skills and implementing effective learning measurement and design solutions. We are actively working on defining the community, establishing a community platform, and facilitating collaboration and alignment among various communities within the Learning Center of Excellence (CoE).
