I underwent comprehensive clinical training across both general and super-speciality departments, including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, and others. My experience included:

• Participated in the day-to-day management of both inpatients and outpatients under supervision.
• Conducted and assisted in clinical examinations, formulation of differential diagnoses, and planning of initial management.
• Performed common clinical procedures such as Foley's catheterization, Ryle's tube insertion, wound dressing, and intravenous cannulation.
• Assisted in and independently performed procedures like endotracheal intubation, nasogastric tube placement, and urinary catheter insertion.
• Gained supervised experience in more advanced procedures such as central line insertion and intercostal drainage.
• Assisted in pre-operative and post-operative care of surgical patients, including minor suturing, drain management, and sterile dressing techniques.
• Participated in ward rounds, case discussions, and bedside teaching with senior physicians and consultants.
• Maintained patient records and contributed to discharge summaries, referral letters, and progress notes.
• Rotated through super-speciality departments such as Urology, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology, gaining exposure to specialized patient care and procedures.
• Attended departmental seminars, morbidity and mortality meetings, and clinical case presentations.

This internship provided me with a strong foundation in both clinical reasoning and practical skills, fostering a patient-centered approach and effective interdisciplinary collaboration, in line with both Indian and UK standards of early clinical practice.

• Accomplished diagnostic and curative treatment to OPD patients in sector 19 dispensary for a month.
• Responsible for Covid Duty
• Did Clinical rotations in departments of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Psychiatry, Surgery and Orthopedics.
• Accomplished general procedures such as catheterization, biopsies, and intubation under the supervision of attending physician.
• Performed medical procedures such as ascitic tap, pleural tap, suturing, foleys, ryles and tube insertion.
• Responsible for documentation of patient care, history taking, initial evaluation of incoming patients.
• Exposure to different medical specialties through rotation work of different departments.
