- Condition monitoring for Rotary Equipments like Pumps, Compressors, Fans & Blowers etc.
- NDT (Non Destructive Testing Inspections) for all Equipments, additional tests Thickness measurement, Hardness measurement (material & rubber), FRP Spark testing & Heat exchangers tube ID measurement etc.
- Inspection of Sphere as per CCOE rules & Inspection of boilers as per IBR rules
- Followed Statutory Inspection Form-8 (Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers & Pressure piping), Form-38 (Hoist / Lifting machinery / Tackle)
- Condition monitoring of plant all rotating equipment's with vibration analyzers ENPAC2500 & DINAMICS 2500 (Allen Bradley) and SPM A30 (Sweden) for Equipments with anti-friction bearings
- Carrying out condition monitoring as per planned rounds/schedules in data collector/FFT analyser mode with help of ENPAC2500 & SPM A30 software involving uploading of measuring points and downloading of measured readings
- Reporting remedial actions / recommendations were given after every round was completed
- Maintenance of boiler mountings, overhauling of Liquid Burners, testing and plugging of tubes leakage, maintenance of F.D

- Inspection and maintenance of plate type exchangers check for plate gasket joint leaks, replacement of clip type gaskets, plates dye penetrant testing
- Checking for leakage of tubes, arresting the tube leaks by plug welding, replacement of tube bundles and hydro testing of exchangers, shell and nozzle thickness gauging checking, evaluate the corrosion rate and predicted life, checking the tubes I.D
- Gauging by using I.D
- Gauge, checking the rubber & FRP lining hardness by using SHORE-D hardness tester, checking the dished ends rubber and FRP lining discontinuities by using SPARK TESTER check sliding support bolts in slotted grooves for free expansion, check nozzles weld joints for cracks, leaks and corrosion etc
- Or any strain due to piping, check expansion bellows, check earthing strip connection
- Checking the thickness gauging of bottom plate, shell, roof and nozzles, evaluate corrosion rate and predicted life, any repair/replacement of tank followed by API 653, bottom plate to shell fillet weld dye penetrant checking, checking the vacuum test for bottom plate weld seams, check for paint failures, pitting and corrosion on roof & shell, check shell bottom to foundation sealing, check for man way flange leaks around bolting, check for firefighting components, check breather and PRV for any leaks, check handrails condition around the roof, check proper connection of earthing strip
- Checking the thickness gauge of vessel and its connected nozzles and evaluate the corrosion rate and predicted life, checking the hardness of vessel by using 'POLIDI IMPACT HARDNESS TESTER / YAMAYO BLISS DIGITAL HARDNESS TESTER', vessel inside circumferential and longitudinal weld seams dye penetrant checking, check for paint failure, pitting and corrosion on shell, check for any piping strain on vessel nozzles, check for insulation sealing of shell man-ways and nozzles, check for holding down bolts tightness, check for proper earthing connection
- Checking the visual inspection, thickness gauging, pit gauging, evaluate the corrosion rate and predicted life, dye penetrant checking at repair/replaced lines, radiography followed and evaluation, check piping guide supports, check spring supports of insulated lines, check for paint failure, pitting and corrosion on lines, checking the condition of insulation
- Having through knowledge on all Safety Procedures and Fire Fighting System Practice of using Personnel Equipment's (PPE) Practice of following Material Data Sheet (MSDS)
