Develop and implement area-wide quality management strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and audit compliance with national and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 15189, NABL, CAP, GMP).
Lead quality improvement initiatives across all sites in the assigned area.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to local quality teams.
Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
