• Checking SWIFT MT950/MT350 feeds, and cash reconciliation of perishing custody and settlements to reconcile cash. Reconciling custody with internal data on holding breaks.
• `Reconciling the trade settlements, coupons, corporate actions, FX, cash flows, putdown, miscellaneous trades, and corporate actions.
• Investigation breaks in various custody records in case of any issue, coordinating with the portfolio admin team to get breaks resolved.
• Booking of non-trade activities, like expenses, interest, and fractional, within the tolerance level.
• Preparation of the dashboard and weekly call file with on shore and the concerned functional teams for ore updates on the aged breaks.
• Identified, investigated, and matched discrepancies routed to respective functional teams.
• Researched and resolved internal issues in a timely manner.

Managed operations for STIF team

• A short-term investment fund is a low-risk and high-quality short-term money market instrument. A STIF is well known as one of the most secure investment options suitable for risk-averse investors.
• The STIF validation process compares an accumulated running balance of daily MT950 (Swift) STIF transactions sent to TLP balance versus the STIF holding balance that the custodian recognizes via MT350 (Position) and the holdings report.
• Ensure the STIF balances are in line on a daily basis. To offset the outstanding STIF trade, the Dag team input the offset entry on TLP using DRS and OSA applications.
• Investigated and Reconciled the stiff discrepancies escalated to the custodian. As this may be due to a missing entry on TLP, cancellation of the previous exception.

• Executed payroll processing and prepared budgets to guarantee precise financial records.
• Maintained financial integrity by reconciling bank statements with general ledger entries. Posted journal entries in Tally and ensured accurate bank reconciliation statements.
• Checked compliance of payroll vendor payments and accounting disbursements for correctness.
• Completed month-end and year-end closings, ensuring readiness for audits. Monitored spending against established targets through detailed budget reporting.
• Developed internal controls and invoicing systems to streamline billing processes.
