  • Successfully completed Project Vector Connect, along with 15 other investigators. The project was designed for high-speed processing of Transaction Risk Investigation and later implemented as a streamlined process. It eventually involved approximately 100 investigators across three different sites
  • Successfully undertook Project Cluster Logic aimed at process improvement, leading a team of five members (4+1). Improved the overall pass action ratio from 28% to 60%, achieving a maximum fraudulent account identification rate of 100%. Enhanced the quality and performance of individuals as well as the site, raising it from 75% to 90%. Identified major red flags, including risky country combinations and products/services specific to marketplaces such as NA/CA/MX/BR/CN/JP/TR
  • Trained two new batches in the Vector Connect process
