- Worked with Du Clients, the company which offers fixed line, telephony, internet and digital television services across UAE.
- As an Associate Engineer, my responsibilities include performing daily health checks on servers and nodes, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. I utilize various Linux commands to monitor system health and leverage operational tools, such as Operational Business Management tools, to assess node status. Additionally, I am responsible for managing and maintaining multiple databases and data warehouses. My role also involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with working-level agreements (WLAs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to meet operational objectives.
- Performing pre-deployment and post-deployment checks for DuDabi infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve performance-related incidents and outages.
- Coordinating with various delivery teams on the P1, P2 incidents, followed by the incident management process.
- Developed and implemented best practices, quality assurance standards and project management procedures.
- Monitored system performance metrics and identified potential bottlenecks to ensure optimal operations.
