• Spearheading initiatives for entrepreneurship promotion and industrial development across Raha (SC) Legislative Assembly Constituency in Nagaon district.
• Collaborating closely with the District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC), District Commissioner’s Office, financial institutions, and allied government departments to strengthen district-level economic development.
• Directly managing and mentoring 232 entrepreneurs under Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan (CMAAA) 1.0 and 820 entrepreneurs under CMAAA 2.0. 140 CMAAA 1.0 beneficiaries under mentorship have successfully met the eligibility criterion for Interest Free Loan based 2nd Tranche under the scheme.

• Organized and coordinated 3 Zila Udyam Samagam, 10+ Training Sessions on various Central and State government schemes PMEGP, PMFME, Unnati'24 and expansion of ventures. Led Inter-departmental programs in collaboration with Animal Husbandry & Vet. Department, the District Commissioner's Office, Agriculture Department and other allied agencies/institutions

• Contributed to the State Capability Enhancement Project (SCEP) under the Meghalaya Government Innovation Lab.
• Supported implementation reviews and policy learning exercises related to the Chief Minister’s Safe Motherhood Scheme across 11 districts of Meghalaya.
• Prepared learning reports, district review documents, and actionable recommendations to strengthen program effectiveness on Maternal and Adolescent Health in Khasi and Garo hills.
