Occupancy/Space Manager
- Lead occupancy and strategic planning for 6,000+ employees.
- Maintain floor layouts with occupancy mapping through workspace reservation software for each floor, for multiple locations. Update demand vs. supply reports regularly.
- Manage the hybrid work environment by day-to-day space allocation requirements, such as new hires, leadership promotions, and temporary cabin space allocation for visiting leadership teams.
