Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed manual test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications.

Collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and accurate claims management during the transition.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Claims Logging and Validation

  • Received data from the Point of Contact (POC) and logged claims on Mainframe application for inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Ensured accurate claims processing by validating data, coordinated with the POC to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.

Regression Testing

  • Conducted monthly regression testing by executing inbuilt automated test cases using the Simplify QA tool.
  • Identified and reported defects, ensuring system stability and functionality after each update.

Defect Management and Resolution

  • Raised defects for any deviations or incorrect results observed during claims validation or regression testing..

Automation Testing Support
