  • Overseeing the Foundation’s programmes, including artist residencies, grants, and publishing initiatives
  • Managing a team to meet deadlines for both the Foundation and annual multi-disciplinary arts Festival that takes place in Panjim in December
  • Commissioning writers for arts publications (online and print), including a collaborative publication with the Smart Museum of Art, Chicago titled Imaginable Worlds: Art. Crisis and Global Futures which was conceived during COVID-19
  • Initiating and developing partnerships with cultural institutions and organizations for long term projects, support and collaboration, including commissioned/collaborative projects. These include cultural organizations and institutions within India and abroad – The French Institute in India, the Polish institute New Delhi, the cultural wing of the Dominican Embassy in India, Pro Helvetia New Delhi, the Danish Cultural Institute, Asia Art Archive (India), Artshila, Khoj, Royal College of Art, London, and the Smart Museum of Art, to name a few.
  • Initiating arts education initiatives online during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Overseeing and managing festival related events, including talks and exhibitions spaces
  • Working with a festival of a scale such as Serendipity’s involves a significant amount of multi-tasking, as well as an immense pool and network of artists, curators and cultural practitioner’s from the South Asian region.
