HR Business Partner Role
● Responsible for manpower planning, sourcing, selection, hiring.
● Identification of training needs.
● Work closely with field operations team to study engagement of an employee on the floor. Multiskilling the employee to ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
● Effective allocation of manpower to each store and effectively maintaining fill rate and ensuring hiring as per SLA.
● Part of template structuring committee and ensuring its implementation.
● New Initiative of apprentice model undertaken, thus overall cost reduction of 5 cr. annually hence arriving at region EBIDTA positive.
Performance Management
● Undertaken project for changing the appraisal cycle from planning till execution.
● Design and implemented anniversary appraisal cycle for sales workforce.
● Design and implementation of Performance & Coaching Log as a part of special project for making a robust internal development program
● Ensuring anniversary appraisal is done through fair and transparent method taking into consideration Performance & Coaching Log.
Talent Management/Succession Planning
● Talent acquisition–Analysing current manpower trend and manpower requirement is fulfilled within timeline
● Succession Planning- Identifying high potential employees & facilitating their career planning through Talent Review.
● Focusing on identification and retention of talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent.
● Rigorous and continuous Talent Review ensuring high potential employees are promoted through internal career development program.
● Identifying high potential employees and ensuring their development programs through L&D team
Employee Engagement:
● Design and rollout of regional calendar for Employee Engagement activities for the region.
● Handling Employee grievances, queries through regular forums.
● Designing and Implementation of Non-Monetary programme.
● Identifying actively disengaged, passive, moderately engaged and highly engaged, and designing action plan for them.
