  • Handled more than 1500 parts and above 100 plus suppliers all over Pan- India.
  • Contributing in production plan of daily 350 tractors with planning team to acheive our target of 10,000 plus tractors monthly.

  • Collaborate with SDPM to validate worst suppliers and define appropriate action plan.
  • Supervise safety stock level.
  • Ensure timely implementation of Drawing changes through CR.
  • Monitor procurement Vs consumption budget.
  • Manage inventory within the budget.
  • Co-ordinate with finance for stuck invoices and clearing them in Inspire tool.
  • Work on value stream mapping (VSM) to reduce non-value-added activities.
