• Prepared Technical design document with high level class diagram, sequence diagram.

Funds Control(FCL)- Payment system and Limit structure for Barclays bank (London)

Description: Barclay’s needs a Funds Control Shared Service Solution that provides a pay / no pay / refer decision to outgoing payments considering the consolidated view of real-time balances & limits across debit account or group of accounts. The Funds Control Shared Service will be called when the Global Pay Plus system (GPP) has determined that it needs to perform an availability check against a debit party’s account. GPP will raise a request to the Funds Control Shared Service to make a decision. A pay/no pay decision will determine whether or not the account is debited and the payment is made.
CLS is used for the purpose of capturing the details of limits for the FCSS structures. It is used also to send the limit tree structure to calculation engine for determining the payment decision.

• Develop the Funds control module (ToleranCe, Unique identifier, Channel, FxRate) and Different types API interfaces such as LimitUpload API, Fx rate API, Block/Unblock API etc.
• Provide Off-shore Technical support to Off-shore Team and Barclays UAT support team and unit testing for IUT,SIT, DIT,UAT
• Delivered the project within schedule time and with good Quality
• Bulk collect and FORALL concept used in the procedure to increase the API performance to insert 10 thousand records within 1 second into oracle DATABASE with a single commit
• Part of Vera code Security scan and addressed for following vulnerability: Cross-site scripting (XSS),SQL injection
• SQL Thread concept used and migrate data in the UAT stage and succeeded client requirement of 1 million record insert within 90 mins
