• As part of Benchmarking and Competitive Intelligence team, conducting research and provide specific improvement proposals to Shell’s management of Capital Projects (8) in general and to individual projects specifically such as FEL score vs project outcome, building capabilities for Hydrogen, Electrification projects etc. (Moerdijk (SMDS), Emmen Hi, CGI, Moerdijk E infra project, ECMA Compressor, Curtis Island Electrification - Electrification Project, T&T- Brownfield, Compressor modification, Hazira LNG early Benchmarking)

Asset Management:

• Developed and led implementation of site maintenance strategies and plans in alignment with global Group Strategy
• Guided regional teams in creating Asset Integrity plans for their respective sites with assets specific maintenance instructions (58 facilities with $ 75mln+ in Utilities maintenance).
• Successfully executed remaining life cycle assessment for various equipment such as Diesel Generator, Turbine, Transformers and Switchgear as part of initiative to improve reliability & availability of equipment.
• Led initiative as Asset Management specialist for sites (58Nos) in accurately capturing data for master asset register which resulted in achieving high data quality in CAFM tools (SAP/Planon) and better decision making on maintenance strategy.
• Analyzed quarterly maintenance data from 58 sites on defined parameters and delivered “bad actor” reports with insights to improve performance and initiated with site to ensure corrective actions were taken.
• Contributed to site project portfolio of STCB such as IH2 storage facilities, Sprinkler system upgrade and tracking of project progress in portfolio.
• Established robust set of best practices for asset management within organization, leading to more efficient processes and improved overall performance

• Conducted regular audits of physical assets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions to maximize value retention over time for asset management - utilities, including power generation systems (Solar Turbines + Backup Generators), UPS, HVAC, firefighting, and water systems.
• Implemented and enforced PM standards, work instructions, and asset integrity plans to ensure long-term strategy and success of site with capacity to generate 6.6MW.
• Improved data accuracy, implementing rigorous validation processes for all asset-related information.

Project (1 Year):

• Played key role in opportunity framing of converting Gas turbine (6.6MW) to Dual Fuel, Upgrade of UPS projects (400KVA) and Diesel Generator (32 Nos) to increase reliability of onshore facility at Port Harcourt (Nigeria).

Projects (1.8 Year):

• Supervised installation of critical equipment including Transformer (10 MVA), Diesel Generators (5 Nos- 225KVA each), RMU unit, HV/LV switchgear (Up to 8MW), Hydrogen Generator, Flare System, DCS and F&G (400+field instruments), Compressors, High Speed Diesel Storage Tank, LPG yard, Chiller plant, Firefighting system, Laboratory units (USD 40MM+) etc. And carried out post installation checks.
• Planned and schedule pre-CSU inspections, testing and commissioning based on systems installed and marked completed in overall project charter.
• Led teams for pre-commissioning inspection to verify quality and design with punch list issued to relevant party on behalf of Shell followed through and signed off punch list when resolved before start of CSU activities.
• Developed and implemented testing procedure of various electrical equipment (66KV/11kV- HV substation) and instrumentation system (DCS, F&G, Firefighting systems) (Operating at 66KV/11kV at 4MW and expendable unto 8MW).
• Supervised field testing and commissioning and signed off field data report which resulted in successfully and safe startup of NTCB/STCB facility with zero incident.
• Managed material inventory (unloading, shifting, and loading) and storage of items purchased by Shell for projects and inspected L&T supplied material condition and storage. Provided SAT sign off on behalf of Shell.
• Provided support to project manager various areas such as project progress reporting, managing field issues (technical and non-technical), vendor management and stakeholder management.

• Projects:
• Led and managed teams (in house E&I teams), contractor and coordinated with discipline (details design reviews, fields inputs) groups for efficient delivery of projects (New builds) within laboratories up to $ 5MM.
• Planned schedule for new builds units and identified resource and deployed resource as per requirement in consultation with Project Leads.
• Supervised Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors for completion of activities during execution of projects.
• Ensured right bills of materials & tools – quantity, quality, storage at site and carry out inventory management activities
• Acted as signatory for various new build projects materials, prefabricated units, and equipment.

Operation and Maintenance

• Planned & led activities of routine, troubleshooting, corrective and Turnaround nature for laboratories units, and utilities to achieve operational reliability.
• Supervised installation, testing of new systems/assets and guided on technical issues to commission into operations.
• Led team in Electrical appraisal, instrument calibration, Fire and gas detection system enhancement, laboratory modification, safety interlock verification (Cause & Effects) for units and different zone.

Projects (1.5+ year)

• Defined project engineering scope of work, deliverables and requirement based on contract scope of work, relevant company specifications and other governing documents for projects up to 1GW operating from 11kV to 400kV.
• Delivered Energy meter testing facility project through ORS including appropriate Govt approval and accreditation (NABL) within cost and schedule.
• Reviewed technical specification of multiple tenders floated by PSUs to provide guidance to marketing team in submitting bid for scope of work.
• Planned and executed engineering activities during project execution closely working with project engineers of client team.
• Delivered daily/weekly/Monthly MI status reports (Onsite/offsite), report roadblocks and complexity arise with possible solutions.
• Led teams to safe and successfully delivered commissioning and start up for following clients: Oil and gas: Indian Oil Cooperation (Mathura, Panipat, Jamnagar), ONGC, Reliance Industries Limited, Jamnagar, Product/Energy Clients: Saint Gobain, Power Grid, NLC India Limited, Apollo Tyres, NAPS
