  • Controlling and maintaining all ACTs' applicability at Corporate and Branch Compliance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance of various legislations, viz. EPF Act, ESIC Act, Gratuity Act, Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act, Maternity Act, POSH Act, ISMW Act, S & E Act, POW, MW, Abstract, Notices, and Registers, etc.
  • Maintain the master MIS of all compliance records.
  • Settlement of all WC fatal and non-fatal cases, and employees' medical bills.
  • Handling and controlling all litigation and legal cases.
  • Agreements and negotiations with various vendors.
  • Negotiation and discussions with union office bearers and committee members on various IR matters.
  • Liaisoning/coordination with union members and subcontractors, and ensuring required documents such as attendance, payments, statutory returns, etc.
  • Deal with the Union Leader and Member for all Workers' Grievances.
  • Ensure overall security arrangements and their related works and issues.
  • Making full and final settlement of contract laborers under the Retrenchment of Workmen Compensation Act, 1947.
