  • De-migration of Customer Airlines to New PSS with the collaboration of Amadeus and Sabre.
  • Implementation of Advance Passenger Information/PNR GOV for many Airlines
  • IATCI setup for Fly Dubai with Qantas Airways, Air France, KLM, Air Algeria.
  • Print Quick Transfer Baggage (BT1/BT2) on baggage tag based on time factor for Fly Dubai.
  • Blacklisted Passenger Screening for Kuwait Airways.
  • Load Control Set up for Different station with AHM Setup into the MACS system
  • Maintenance of Aircraft Engineering Data/AHM-560 for Emirates Airlines in Dubai station as well for outstation of Emirates Airlines and Fly Dubai. Providing solutions to passenger services related queries on daily basis with quick solutions for defects and change requests for the Customer queries by Analyzing, validating and documentation of the requirement/change request.
  • Handling passenger related issue as a Functional Support on daily basis.
