  • Facility Management and Maintenance: responsible for management and maintenance of facilities which comprises of Maintaining and monitoring of general administration like Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Pest Control and fit out upkeep and repairs. Handling and issuance of building access cards, ID cards to employees. Maintenance of ACs/ AHU Services, Electromechanical items. Management of CCTV, access control and air-conditioning etc. Event management & preparing and enforcement of policy & procedures. Vendor Management & Budgeting – Dealing for Negotiations, contracts, issues with all administration vendors. Drafting and renewal of Vendor Service contracts. AMCs of air conditioner, UPSs, Vending machines etc. Monthly Administration OPEX report. Preparing budget for administration. Delivered on cost optimization target provided by company on admin expenses. Compliance & Liaising – responsible for First point of contact for government officials like police, Labour inspector etc. visiting faculty. Labour compliances related to contractual employees, security guard, housekeeping, Electrician.
