Day to day work – Current working on J&J Project handling day to day calls of Digital Signage. Resolve day to day tickets.

• I am managing 8 VC rooms, 14 meeting rooms, 8 class rooms and 1 Auditorium.
• We are using HDX 9000 and HDX 7000 polycom device, Exton, switcher, DA and WOW Veos.
• Provide the desktop VC facility like, WEBEX, Go to meeting and Life-size soft phones.
• Providing the bridge facility in Audio and video conference as well.
• Communicate with international client to manage session.
• Installation and maintaining Christie projector,DWU-670 E,WX-10K M, Roadster 20 J and HD 14Km, firmware up gradations.
• Installation and maintaining class equipment’s which have including VC and projection and audio mixer etc.
• Audio conference Support through different devices and produce which have company own and different telecom bridge services.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of Crestron room view server edition.

Handling end-to-end implementation and maintenance of large WAN projects of corporate clients like Punjab National Bank, National Insurance, New India Assurance, UIIC, ICICI Bank, IFFCO, Indian Bank, Indusind Bank. Projects included commissioning and configurations of routers (series1700, 2600, 2800, 1800) etc and switches. Coordinating with Service provider like BSNL, Airtel & Connect for commissioning of leased line and ISDN links and their maintenance according to the requirement of the project.

ROLE - Looking PNB Project by sitting and also by visiting at Chandigarh CNC (with more than 100+ branches), monitoring and maintenance of Lease lines and ISDN lines, RF and VSAT.
