• Initiated, coordinated and organized weekly musical events throughout the months of January, February and March to increase restaurant walk-ins to in turn boost sales.

• Advertised the internship availability by collaborating with numerous social media internship advertisers.
• Copywrite the job description to successfully bring in 64 applicants.
• Pre-screened and shortlisted 32 applicants through an E-form.
• Shortlisted 8 applicants through a phone call.
• Interviewed the 8 and selected three candidates for the final interview to be conducted by the Digital Marketing Head.

Boosting social media reach:

• Engaged in conversations with customers post-game to acquire Instagram handles.
• Posted their group photo on G-Sector's official Instagram handle and tagged the collected personal Instagram accounts which in turn led to the customers reposting the group photo posted by G-Sector resulting in phenomenal social media reach.

Consistent feedbacks:

• Excellent soft skills enabled me to consistently engage in conversations with customers in a graceful manner which in turn led to the acquirement of substantial amount of feedbacks.
• The availability of such substantial information from feedbacks helped better address customer concerns.
