Process Responsibilities

• Interacting with On - Shore Management (North America/Europe/APAC) regularly to understand client requirements.
• Attending Quarterly calls, Annual Investor Conference and Investment Committee Package meetings to get insights on the business and helps in preparing models.
• Expertise in Automating all regular rule-based activities using VBA Macros and creating visualization dashboards using Power BI.
• Working closely for new acquisitions deals and dispositions with Transaction Team.
• Supports Core and Income funds in preparing Portfolio Summaries, debt database, rent rolls analysis, flash reports, Pitch books and quarterly reports on a quarterly basis.
• Calculating fund level returns and investment level returns at various levels i.e. region wise, sector level and strategy wise.
• Preparing the Budget Trackers and finding the variances from the Budget values and Actual values & reporting to the on-Shore Team.
• Supports Value and Opportunistic funds in preparing dashboards, Investment level and fund level projection templates, flash reports, pitch books and quarterly reports on a quarterly basis.
• Reviewing monthly fund level Cash management, NOI, Capex, Revenues and expenses reconciliations.
• Supports Debt funds in preparing loan composite file, dash boards, flash reports, pitch books and quarterly reports on a quarterly basis.
• Monitoring and reviewing monthly loan dashboards and remittance reconciliations.
• Building and analyzing loan dashboards with the help of Power BI.
• Responsible to prepare quarterly consultant reports and updating data into various consultant portals like Townsend, ORG, Stepstone, Marquette, Callans and Verus for US, Europe and APAC regions.
• Responsible for Coordinate with Internal teams and sending Investor’s communications like NAV statements, Capital calls, Redemption Notices, Distribution Notices, Management fee calculations and Tax statements through Intralinks to the Investors of various funds.
• Updating the investor’s information like investors KYC details and wiring details into Investran.
• Monitoring and reviewing the Team members daily activities.

• Processing of Financial Statements released by Public and Private Companies across worldwide to easy the investors Data Analysis Purpose.
• The work involves a robust study of a company’s statements released by the companies, which must be cleansed and re-presented in a rudimentary language to be understood by general investor.
• Building normalized income statement and study of significant Reconciliation adjustments (non-recurring, special, one off, one time, etc.) which ultimately effects company’s profitability.
• Updating models for earnings release and significant company events like Mergers and Acquisitions, and Reorganizations etc. As part of these need to coordinate several data sources and need to generate summary of statements in standardization method.
• Part of Internal QC team to check the accuracy and to maintain consistency of the data collected by production users using Check Logics. Involved in SOLR implementation, which is using now instead of ISYS search engine, as part of UAT testing team.
• Involved in vetting of FAB ideas posted related to Automation of Processes.
• Posting of Lean Ideas related to Processes, Tools and Error Check logics to be more efficient and working on the Internal Controls for the accuracy of data processed and suggesting various data checks using the logical analysis to catch stale data
• Modified the content search rules to increase the accuracy of search results.

• Dealing with ACCOUNTING, AUDITING, INCOME TAX related matters by verification of books of accounts.
• Preparation of Computation Statements, Financial Statements, e filing, Manual Filing of Income Tax Returns, Partnership Deeds and Student/Visiting Visa Financial Reporting.
