• Coordinating with subcontractors and manage man power to ensure the timely delivery of products, utilizing resources effectively for assembly and maintenance activities, and performing maintenance and inspection of various equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, vessels, heaters, and reactors.
• Daily & Weekly planning with teams to minimise the MTBF & MTBR
• Managed compliance with codes and standards, including ASME and API.
  Conducted internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
  Fulfilled all statutory requirements and legal compliance per Gujarat factory rules.
  Executed IBR for various steam generators, maintaining operational integrity.
• Equipment which was handle centrifugal compressors, Turbine, pump (BB, VS, and OH type), Sundyne pump as per API 610. Also, with the Coke handling system (conveyor, cranes, and crusher), heat exchangers, columns, Coker drum, and all the specialized equipment of the coker plant, etc.
• Possessing comprehensive proficiency in SAP, specifically showcasing a high level of skill and knowledge within the Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Software, Also, an experience to maintain technical data, material, BOM of equipment’s, updating of BOM.

• Maintained rotary and static equipment for 1310 TPD caustic chlorine unit at Dahej site.
• Ensured optimal functionality of maintenance systems to support production goals.

• Collaborating with various equipment including glass-lined, rubber-lined, stainless steel, and mild steel reactor vessels, rotary equipment such as pumps and dryers, and static diverse piping
• Conducted reliability assessments to enhance operational performance.
