- Coordinate with design department for new product process feasibility with existing machines.
- Die Tonnage define as per the 3d model help with design department.
- CSR feasibility discussed with customer & Providing CSR Open point closer with action.
- RTS Conduct with customer discussion for technical.
- After LOI is received from customer we will work start APQP.
- Finalize the child parts vendor & developed as per the customer requirement to assembly parts.
- Technical DAP discussed with machine, Tool & fixture supplier as per the product requirement.
- Tooling & fixture technical discussion with tooling supplier finalize get quotation.
- New Machine installation and commissioning.
- Visiting the supplier for machine tool trial.
- As per the customer milestone plan provide parts & required document.
- Trial conduct online ITO, TTO, HVPT & PPAP Lot submission to customer as per milestone plan.
- As per the timeline, send FOT lot to customer.
- PSW Sing with customer & handover line to production.
- Monitoring & implementing ECN in development stage.
- Responsible For implementing (Past trouble history) in new projects.
- Management of end of production and start of production.
- Budgeting for procuring new product.
- Coordinate with Production Department to stabilize the process.
