• Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction phase. This involves comparing actual costs to the budgeted costs, identifying any discrepancies, and taking corrective actions to keep the project on track financially.
• Measure and value the work done on-site, preparing regular progress reports and interim valuations. It helps in determining the amount payable to subcontractors and Interim payment submission to the Engineer for the work completed.
• Managed subcontractor relationships by setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication channels, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Developed comprehensive cost plans to guide project execution, ensuring financial efficiency and success.
• Ensured accurate invoicing by reviewing contractor claims for compliance with contract terms and conditions before submission to clients.
• Assess and manage any changes or variations to the original contract, ensuring that are properly documented and negotiating with subcontractors to reach fair agreements on changes to the scope of work.

• Estimate quantities as per drawing and prepare updated BOQ for client approval
• Prepare the Running Account and Final Bill to obtain certification from the consultant and the client
• Verification of the Contractor's running and final invoices in accordance with the contract condition
• Reconciliation of materials, machinery, sub-vendors, and piece workers
• Identifying non-tendered items, prepare a rate analysis, and obtain approval from the client.
