• Provision of EPC Works for Integrated Surface Facility Development -MWP 1 & 19 ASP Project (Phase 2 – LSF Upgradation) at Barmer, Rajasthan
• Coordinate piping and mechanical fabrication and erection work, along with equipment erection activities, including pumps, Separator-201A/B, V-202 Oil Surge Vessel, existing IWBH (LZ14), Skim Oil Tank, Settling Vessel, IA and N2 Packages, Fire Water System, and Acid Neutralization Package. Handle multi-discipline teams comprising Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation personnel to ensure overall construction progress. Manage contractor selection, billing, and performance monitoring. Provide technical guidance, arrange necessary facilities for the team, and promote a strong safety culture at the worksite. Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and clients to ensure smooth execution of work as per schedule. Monitor and track project progress against the baseline schedule initially submitted to the client.

• EPC - Provision of Well Hook up and Infrastructure Development of Surface Facilities at Mangala and Aishwarya & Satellite Fields at Barmer, Rajasthan.
• Co-ordinate Piping Fabrication & Erection work, equipment erection. Handel multi-discipline team of Civil, E & I for construction progress work. Contractor selection, Billing. Provide guidance and arrange required facility to

team. Promote safety culture in the team. For the smooth work aligned the meeting with contractor and client as per schedule. Monitoring base line schedule, which is initially submitted to client.

• EPC - Development of Surface Facility and Well Hook up Services for ABH Depletion Project Phase 2-11 Infill Project at Barmer, Rajasthan.
• Co-ordinate Piping Fabrication & Erection work, equipment (Like LP Separator, Fuel Gas Scrubber, Fire Fighting System, KOD and EGF Enclosed Ground Flare Package) Erection and alignment. Major work like hot tapping in trunk gas line and pipeline work executed. At starting of project with the higher management we selected contractor, chasing the work progress and billing. For the smooth work aligned the meeting with contractor and client as per schedule. Monitoring base line schedule which is initially submitted to client.

• EPC - Integrated Field Plan Execution Services in Satellite Fields in RJ - ON 90/1 Block.
• Worked as Mech. Lead and Developed the well pad (GSV) Gross Standard Volume with package (like Joule Thomson Package , IA Package ,Production Liquid Transfer Pump , Inlet Separator , Cold Vent System ,Chemical Dossing Package , Diesel Storage Tank and Pump ,Fire Water System , Control Room , Electrical Room & Eye Wash) Co-ordinate Piping, Structure Fabrication & Erection activity, equipment's erection and alignment , Handel multi-discipline team of electrical, Civil and Instrument for construction progress work.

• EPC - Provision of integrated development surface facility works for Mangala 14 Producer and 9 Injector wells.
• Co-ordinate Piping Fabrication & Erection work, equipment erection, alignment and multi-discipline team of electrical, Civil and Instrument for construction progress work. Contractor selection, billing, progress meeting with contractor & Clients. Provide guidance and arrange required facility to team. Promote safety culture in the team. 1.3 K RTP pipe line excavation, Swaging, Coupler Joint, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning for Polymer Injection.

• EPC- Pipeline and Piping & Mechanical Works for CPF and Well Site of Bhaskar Field, Khambhat
• Receiving of Project Material, Physical verification with Vendor Quality Documents & prepare the IMIR (Incoming Material Inspection Report) for getting the acceptance from PMC for further billing to Client. Coordinating with auditor's requirements when planned a visit at Site. Reinstatement inspection completed pipelines, valve flow orientation. Assure that all joint is exposed for examination during pressure test. Start-up of pumps with project team and hand over to process. Mobilization and Demobilization Plan for manpower, tools and equipment's of the projects. Overseeing and control through P&ID, GA Drawing, Hookup drawing, cable Schedule, Layout and Scheme drawing. Planning of support location. Checking and inspection of Blasting, Painting, Internal coating, PU coating, Tank painting, External painting etc.

• EPC-Mangala Well Pads Engineering-RFQ-2 (MASP PILOT MWP) Barmer Rajasthan.
• Prepare piping spool fabrication, fit up inspection report as per client approved format. Carry out inspection, pipe fabrication & erection work of different material like Carbon steel (CS), Galvanized iron (GI), Stainless steel (SS), Duplex stainless steel (DSS) pipe according to code & standards. 25 Nos. Modulus Skid (LHS, RHS) Structure fabrication, inspection, piping Fabrication and Installation. Interconnection piping X-Mas tree to Skid piping, Main folder Header. Within time completed Hookup job & Shutdown Job in Brown Filed in Well Pad. Pipe & Support Fabrication & Erection work of interconnection piping in, Producer, Injector, IW Filter and Air Compressor package with Structural shelter. Installation of IW Filter, Air compressor, modulus skid piping installations. Executing the Activities like Hydro test, pneumatic testing of pipe, reinforcement pad test, mechanical & ISO clearance of loops.
