Equity Trade Support

• Matching trades on Omega for CTM clients and allocating trades for Non CTM clients.
• Handling all 3 flows for clients i.e. High touch, low touch and Program trades.
• Working closely with sales desk to resolve internal and external queries.
• Responsible for booking the trades and amending the economic parameters with coordination between traders and clients.
• Setting up new funds and onboarding new clients.
• Sending confirmations to manual clients.
• Following up with clients for allocation on T0 and solving client queries.
• Solving clients, desk and internal teams queries.
• Sending weekly KPI and KRI information to senior management.
• Training new Joines and guiding them.
• Working on UAT and pojects.

Synthetics and Cash Prime Brokerage

• To serve as a primary liaison between the trading desk, hedge funds and broker clients and refer to special group of services many brokers give to clients.
• Provide multiple services to clients like security lending, managing their accounts, leveraged trade executions, performing other activities.
• To ensure that all synthetic swaps are perfectly hedged in the market so as to eliminate risk from market volatilities.
• Liaising with product control team on a daily basis to check if there are any discrepancies in the P&L
• Liaise with the Stock lending desk to ensure all short positions are covered through adequate stock borrowings and Notify desk on borrows that are excessively charged
• Interacting with clients to agree cash flows generated due to trading activities like Unwind / Reset / Corporate Action, etc and solving any issues related to reporting, margin accounts and positions.
• Performing various internal system reconciliation like trade and position level, cash reconcilliations, FX on cross CCY.
• Performing various UAT’S to lead automation to mitigate operational risk and manual involvement and Identify non-value added processes and seeks solutions.
• Training and grooming for soft skills development of newly joined team members and reportees.
• Setting up new brokers in system by performing KYC and setting up their SSI
• Reviewing process documents, BRD’s on timely basis and ensuring all risk are covered
• Attend global calls to highlight and update risk, P&L, trading related issues & also prepare monthly MIS and weekly KRI pack which is presented to stakeholders, region or FO.

• Responsible for affirmation, paper and electronic confirmation of Equity OTC Derivative trades between G14 clients
• Constant Communication with external clients, brokers and traders to ensure all breaks are resolved in a timely manner
• Liaising with various internal teams like trade support, settlements, front office for investigating, identifying, reasoning and escalation of breaks to senior management to mitigate risk to firm
• Rigorous follow-ups with Counterparties for the trade confirmations ensuring that the confirmations are executed well on time
• Confirming trade confirmations with counterparty by accurately checking the financial & economic trade details ensuring the correct ISDA language (with the language team) is incorporated on the confirmations
• Ensuring end to end client service to all the dealers

• Accurately identifying and analysing data and perform quality checks on analysed data
• Reconciliation of data between internal systems maintained i.e
• PDP, QDB and RDM assuring sync between them
• Co-ordinating high volumes data in the team
• Preparing excel spreadsheets with current data to be sent out to our internal as well as regional stakeholders for checking and validating
• Working on Bloomberg and Reuter’s vendor system as a reference to validate data in internal systems
• Data cleansing and remediation of street identifiers for Equity, Warrants, C-bond and Fixed Income products
• Identifying and eliminating errors using MS Excel
• Preparing MIS for analysed and remediated data
• Co-ordinating with internal stake holders (Business analysts etc.)
