  • Growth hacked lead generation by generating leads at INR 0 CAC
  • Drove the retail-sales revenue from a 25Crores ARR to 60Crores ARR in the year 2022 through a strategic pronged sales qualification approach and building out a holistic resident-only focused living experience through our partner network alongside multiple ancillary revenue offerings. This approach increased our lead conversion to 21% and exceeded the sales AOP by 115.7%.
  • Drove B2B sales revenues with a recurring revenue of 1.2Crores MoM by signing and onboarding corporates – Wipro, Azim Premji Foundation, GE Healthcare, TCS, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, Reuters, Daimler, P&G, Burman Hospitality, Everseen etc.
  • Launched Arogya homes a division of Helloworld across 16+ cities during the Covid-19 outbreak, propelling the no name brand to a lodging contender encompassing all hotels and coliving players which catered to over 200+ corporates generating a recurring revenue of 1.3Crores MoM.
  • Established the Growth Bible for Marketing & Brand hygiene which assisted in opening 50+ buildings with occupancy levels over 75%+ occupancy across launch locations.
  • Responsible for the P&L of HW's Coworking Business vertical contributing 4.8Crores to ARR through the onboarded clientele - Jupiter, Repute, 360 realtors, WorkIndia & Mando Halla.
