Strategy and Planning:

Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives, potentially including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production needs while minimizing holding costs and waste.

Logistics and Transportation:

Managing the flow of goods, coordinating transportation, and optimizing logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing supply chain data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.

Process Improvement:

Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline supply chain operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Team Leadership:

May involve supervising and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working with various departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to supply chain activities.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Sales order processing of all order types upon rule set provided by the principal.
• Preparing Invoices along with supporting documents namely permits, forms, gate pass, etc.
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Responsible for handling dispatch activities namely preparing dispatch schedule, arranging dispatch of Finished Goods to Warehouses/ Depots /Customers.
• Commercial co-ordination with PAN India customers regarding documentation of dispatches/shipments.
• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
• Checking Transport bills, statement of supplier/ transporter payments duly endorsed for shortage/ losses against allowable transit losses as per PO & sent to regional office for payment.
• Check & follow -up for documentation of Export & import material.
• Daily Coordination with Marketing & Factory team for timely issue of SO / STO in ERP & Dispatch of Materials from Factory.
• Execute, Monitor and maintain Stock in Transit and stocking at CFA.
• Handling Stock Reconciliation, Physical verification of CFA stock.
• Preparing MIS like Daily Sales, Daily Production, Dispatch & Stock report (by value and unit) from ERP.
• Handling various tasks like receipt/issue of material, GRN preparations, scrap disposal, item codification for easy material trace-out.

• Handled petty cash and perform limited bookkeeping duties.
• Provided support in managing fee bills, invoices and receipts.
• Co-ordination, Maintenance of AMC-s of Air-conditions, Computers, Photocopiers, Faxes etc.
• Maintain all types of official work like banking, bills payment and expenses.
