DESCRIPTION:
This project is Verification of XID’S or UDS services present in source code for GM controllers in power train module of GM vehicle by using Autoval, dspace, INCA, Eclipse and Vehicle spy tools with different software versions
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyzing the customer requirements and developing the system level test specification based on the customer requirements.
• Executing the test cases manually or by Automation script in the HIL (Hardware in Loop) and SIL (Software in Loop) systems and then evaluating the results.
• Report issues to the development team and to the quality manager.
• Support the test manager and the software development project team in all test related activities.
• Perform technical reviews for the test specifications created for classical system testing.
• Diagnostic testing using UDS services & GMLAN services.
• Prepare test specification and perform classical testing in HIL setup
• Experience in creating and executing the test cases in SIL environment.
• Analyze the results and debug failures
• Function testing of engine and transmission controller software manually using dspace and convert all manual test cases to support automation script for accuracy and cost efficiency.
