  • Reviewing and Approving the Activity/Event proposals conducted by the Professional Selling team in online system RAD (Request Approved Document).

  • Worked with the project team on coming out with APAC one-pagers on multiple topics associated with business viz, Fee For Service, Promotional Activities, Charitable Contributions etc.
  • Assist business teams in Due Diligence process for vendors and guide them on the requirements of documents required for the due diligence process. Also, responsible for reviewing and checking of Due Diligence forms and checking all the information is duly filled.
  • Played a vital role in the launch of EPiC (online due diligence system) and PRIZMA (online system for submitting business activities). Currently SME (subject matter expert) for EPiC.
  • Appointed as one of the core team member to test various systems which will replace the current online platform EPiC for due diligence process.
  • F2F/Online Compliance Training to new incumbents and refresher trainings to existing employees to reiterate the requirements of Compliance.
  • Compliance SPOC for Audits and internal investigations.
  • Assist in audit preparations from planning stage to closing meeting. Handle Monitoring for Consumer India.
  • Successful handling of FCPA audits which are conducted as part of the audit process. Coordinator for end-to-end audit management starting from collating the data/documents from business teams and sharing the same with the audit team. Regular calls with auditors for status updates.
  • Project a high level of organization skill, excellent attention to detail, ability to work closely and intensely with minimum supervision.
  • Risk Management Champion for AsPac for the year 2023-24. Effectively and efficiently handled the entire Risk Assessment process for AsPac countries and shared results with the respective Compliance Officers.
  • Regularly connect with business teams regarding completion of Management Action Plans (MAPs) and avoid delays.
  • APAC PMO - Manage the APAC Monthly Meetings chaired by the Regional Compliance Lead - APAC, arrange for the Regional Risk Reviews with all APAC markets, coordinate with the APAC team to ensure that trainings etc. are recorded on regular basis in the training tracker.
  • Project Management Office Lead for implementing Fair Market Value tool for Kenvue India. The same was successfully implemented and it was a step towards process simplification.
  • Worked with business to understand their pain points and provided compliant solutions which not only culminated into process simplification but also saving time and helping business to concentrate on key areas.
  • Present the compliance quarterly update to the Consumer Health Leadership Team along with CO.
