- Strategic Budget Planning:
- Prepare and plan budgets for Plant & Machinery (P&M) across multiple projects. - Maintenance Oversight:
- Ensure the execution of both planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor repair costs and oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment. - System Monitoring:
- Supervise the SAP PM Module from the head office to ensure accurate and efficient system operations. - Cost and Efficiency Evaluation:
- Assess operating and maintenance costs in relation to project utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Procurement Leadership:
- Manage mechanical procurement processes and establish vendor relationships. - Resource Management:
- Monitor diesel consumption and ensure it aligns with standard values.
- Oversee both in-house and external repairs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for preventive and breakdown maintenance, diesel, and lubricant consumption. - Team Coordination:
- Direct and schedule mechanical manpower including operators, drivers, and mechanics.
- Leading team of 500-600 skilled and unskilled workforce.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts, including fast-moving items, schedule maintenance spares, slow-moving items, and emergency spares. - Project Execution:
- Ensure the timely mobilization, demobilization, erection, and commissioning of P&M for major infrastructure projects such as high-rise buildings, industrial and commercial buildings, and road projects. - Technological Innovation:
- Implement advanced operations and maintenance management technologies to improve resource management and reduce pilferage and wastages.
