• Designed and developed command center web application (5DCC), as well as hybrid app using Ionic for end users or contractors at airport. Integrated hybrid app with web application and implemented location tracking services.
  
  iStaff, Staffing Solutions for Xchanging, Malaysia:
• Designed and developed a hybrid mobile application, integrating it with the HRMS application (Sentrifugo) for staff leave management and staff clock-in tracking services.
  
  Hotel & Campaign Management Application for YTL Hotels, Malaysia:
• Led design and deployment of central web CRM application for 10 hotel properties integrated with sales to marketing processes.
• Designed and developed daily delta sync data migration jobs for multiple hotel properties' bookings and reservations data into CRM application. Implemented custom components on top of CRM marketing module for daily customer pre-arrival emails and promotions.
• Developed custom reports for bookings, reservations, and transactional data, as well as SSIS Package one-click solution.

• Developed databases, programs, and processes for integration and implemented CRM application for HTC.

• Led team of 6 in designing and implementing CRM application to automate customer service processes. Developed web services to integrate CRM with custom portal (CIS) for billing (quotations) and transactional data exchange and reports.
• Designed and implemented One-Click data migration solution using SSIS to migrate all historical transactional data into CRM application. Also introduced product release and deployment process for CRM application.

Call Centre Application for HTC, Taiwan:

• Conducted CRM application design and implementation, deployed web services for CRM integration, and developed custom reports for quote services and transactional data.

• Performed design and implementation of CRM solutions to provide comprehensive assistance within insurance sector.
• Developed real-time data processing and analytics reports for front-end customers.
