• Picking up SSI’s from DTCC OMGEO ALERT and updating in to Barclays systems
• Receiving Broadcast messages from clients and updating the changes in appropriate systems
• Attending Hotlines and handling critical client’s escalations
• Maintaining SLA Trackers and closely monitoring if all SLA’s are met on time.

Project Allocated : CITI

In an increasing straight through processing (STP) environment, the need for monitoring and handling of MIFT (Manual Initiated Funds Transfer) has been greater responsibility. Investigations of rejection due to client’s credibility, liquidity, and monitoring of the system rejected cash payments and their manual initiated instructions are processed by specialist team within the CITI ash operations known as Funds transfer processing team (FT). Through FT team we offer clients a diligent monitoring of their manual stop request on their STP payments, and processing their fax/scanned instructions by adhering to all the fund transfer controls (Call Backs, Signature authorization,)

• Knowledge in both Outward and Inward Clearing
• Monitoring standard Cash &FX instructions, especially with regard to spot forex deals
• Processing of Swift Payments via MT103, MT100, MT199, MT202, and MT202cov
• Raising Call-back request to CSR if required
• Liaising with CSR for missing details and client exceptions
• Processing of spot FX to fund accounts as per client fax instructions
• Responsible for monitoring and timely applying high value cash payments as per correspondent bank confirmations
• Handling inquiries from Relationship Managers and Customer support Groups
• Handled Repair, and Exception messages for Tanzania
