Yulu bikes Pvt Ltd is running a micro mobility business(Goods and People Mobility) with 30K EV vehicles in three big cities- Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and I had started as a Technical specialist in R&M department for an EV-two wheeler in Bangalore. I had started in this as a Supervisor in Testing and Production department of EV three wheeler and two wheeler also. I had learned here about an EV and the manufacturing process, like-

1- Power train.

2- Testing and validation of the defined parameters of the power train like- C rating, Threshold limit, Range etc.

3- Manufacturing the jigs for the assembly.

4- Assembly process of the three wheeler and two wheeler.

5- Design of harness.

I had worked as a Intern in Honing Department.
